For outdoor furniture, we use kiln-dried teak, eak branches, and synthetic rope. Our indoor furniture is crafted from kiln-dried teak, teak branches, mahogany, mindi, and various other Indonesian handwoods.
Our production lead time is 8 to 10 weeks, starting from the moment we receive your down payment or the sales contract is confirmed.
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is one 20-feet full container load (FCL). However, for a first trial order, we also offer the option to consolidate with other suppliers.
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with 40% down payment and 60% balance payment against copy documents.
- Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C)
We guaranteethat every product delivered has passed strict quality control processes - from material selection, craftmanship, assembly, finishing, and packaging to loading. Our warranty coversproduction defects resulting from workmanship issues such as unglued joints, cracks, or breakage. However, it does not cover damage caused by transportation, misuse, improper assembly, or intentional harm.
- Settlements are based on the severity of the defect (minor, medium, or major). To process your claim, please submit clear photos and videos of the affected items, showing specific damage or defects from side, front, and back angles, within 30 days after the estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Possible settlement options include replacement, a deduction, or compensation for the next order.
